Welcome to Paw and Pet Supply. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply whenever you visit our website or buy something from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms — so please give them a quick read.
1. Who We Are
Paw and Pet Supply is the trading name of DH SMMA LLC. Our administrative office is at 7901 4th St N Ste 300, St Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. You can reach us at support@pawandpetsupply.com or +1 213 778 0199, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT).
2. Who We Sell To
We sell exclusively to consumers in the United Kingdom. We deliver to UK addresses only, and all prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Our Products
We do our best to display our products accurately, including descriptions, measurements, and colours. Slight variations can occur — for example, colours may look different depending on your screen. If something you receive is meaningfully different from what we described, that's covered by our Return & Refund Policy and we'll put it right.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order; the contract between us is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order in limited cases — for example, if a product is unavailable, if we identify a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, you'll be refunded in full straight away.
5. Prices and Payment
The price shown at checkout is the total price you pay — there are no hidden fees, and standard UK delivery is free with no minimum spend. All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, PayPal, and our payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa — credit and debit card payments, accepted securely.
- Mastercard — credit and debit card payments, accepted securely.
- Maestro — debit card payments, accepted securely.
- American Express — credit and charge card payments, accepted securely.
- Discover — credit card payments, accepted securely.
- Diners Club — credit and charge card payments, accepted securely.
- UnionPay — credit and debit card payments, accepted securely.
- PayPal — pay via your PayPal account, or as a PayPal guest using a card.
- Shop Pay — accelerated checkout, with optional pay-in-instalments on eligible orders (subject to eligibility and Shopify's terms and conditions).
- Apple Pay — available on compatible Apple devices via Safari.
- Google Pay — available on supported Android devices and the Chrome browser.
If we discover a genuine pricing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
6. Delivery
We deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery timeframes, processing times, and tracking details are set out in our Shipping Policy. If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us at support@pawandpetsupply.com and we'll sort it out.
7. Returns and Refunds
You can return any order within 30 days of delivery — the full details, including how to start a return and our UK returns address, are in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms reduces your legal rights as a UK consumer.
8. Using Our Website
You're welcome to browse and shop. Please don't misuse the site — that includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content at scale, using the site for anything unlawful, or providing false information when ordering.
9. Our Content
The content on this site — including text, product photography, graphics, and our name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Reviews and Submissions
If you send us reviews, photos, or suggestions, you give us permission to use them in connection with our store (for example, displaying your product review). Please only submit content that's yours and that doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
11. Third-Party Links
Our site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We're not responsible for their content or their terms — anything you do there is between you and them.
12. Our Responsibility to You
If we get something wrong, we're responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses — we supply products for private use only.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, including the right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, to reflect changes in our products, processes, or the law. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
14. Governing Law
These Terms, and any purchase you make from us, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes can be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If any part of these Terms turns out to be invalid, the rest still applies.
