Where do you deliver?

We deliver exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to international addresses, PO Boxes, or parcel forwarding services.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all UK orders. No minimum spend required.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2–6 business days. Delivery typically takes a further 2–6 business days, giving a total estimated delivery time of 4–12 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and UnionPay — plus PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.

How do I get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. We do not charge any restocking fees.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Contact us at support@pawandpetsupply.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund straight away.
